On January 30th, the annual conference chaired by Li Xiwen, vice General Manager, withpresence of top leaders and heads of various departments was held. It reviewed the work in 2014, granted awards to employees with good performance and also deployed work in 2015.
First of all, the Financial Department presented the business condition in 2014 and explained the plan of 2015, which was followed by the summary by General Manager Wang Yang about the whole work in the past year and existing problems. Mr. Wang also gave detailed deployment about work of the coming year combining with employment circumstances the company faced. Afterwards, Zhu Minghui, President of the company gave credit for all workers for the achievements made in 2014 and put forward the requirements in 2015of top leaders.
Wang Yang, General Manager, on behalf of leaders and relevant departments, signed Responsibility Agreement about the work in 2014, awarded model teams and individuals,the onesexcelling in maintaining safety in production and encouraged all workers to make more efforts in the following year and gain more.
